Introducing the Ragnar Throwing Axe! Inspired by viking folklore, the Ragnar is one of our most exciting released to date.

CHOOSE YOUR STYLE

Each Ragnar will come with a roll of grip tape and a heat-shrink sleeve so throwers can choose how they want their axe to feel in the hand. Whether thats the normal feel of the hickory handle, the rubber sleeve, or the texture of the grip tape.

SIGNATURE ENGRAVINGS

The Ragnar comes outfitted with both an engraved head and engraved handle. On the head the symbol "Raidho". On the handle "Laguz",  "Teiwaz", "Ansuz", and "Wunjo".

NOTCHED HANDLE

You'll also find two notches engraved around the base of the handle, these not only look good, but can also be used to assist with consistent hand placement when throwing.

DESIGNED TO THROW

Our throwing axe lineup has been designed specifically with throwing in mind. We’ve done away with the wedge shape of hardware store axes to create an ultra-thin profiled blade developed specifically to stick in the target. 

STRAIGHT 17.5” HANDLE

The Ragnar features a straight 17.5" handle developed with the aim to ensure a consistent and easy release when throwing. Additionally, this design allows for customization of the handle length if you prefer a shorter handle to better suit your throwing technique.
